The sun is shining on our Big Bad Biscuits this morning! Chef's Saturday Breakfast is stacked with a Dutch sausage patty, Gouda cheese, bacon, a fried egg, arugula & grape jelly! And a side of roasted red potatoes. That should bring a smile your face.

"Cake du Jour", an antidote against the cold, the snowflakes, the more snowflakes, the many many more snowflakes: A sexy, winter inspired, "Aloha Hawaii Cake" with Banana, Pineapple layers dispersed with Coconut Butter Cream, garnished with Macadamia Nuts.

Another fine creation from our Pastry Chef Christine: "Cake du Jour", a Caramel Cookie Waffle Cake (Stroopwafel Cake), with spice layers, Caramel Butter Cream with Sea Salt and decorated with stroopwafel crumbs.

THIS...my friends...is a cheesecake! A Chocolate Brownie Sundae Cheesecake. Inspired by a classic diner dessert, brownie crust with walnuts, lovely vanilla cheesecake, chocolate fudge topping and cherries. Yum!
